Requirements
Must:

- At least 2 years experience in ICT Technician/2nd line role in the education sector (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively

Responsibilities
- Resolve and manage any technical issues that impact the running of the schools function by providing robust technical solutions.
- Install or repair computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing, and solving problems that develop in their operations.
- Respond to a wide range of technical duties associated with the computer network and desktop services, primarily dealing with existing installations and upgrading of these installations (Desktop computers, iPads, printers, telephones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment, AV lecterns and hardware).

In this role, you will ensure that the school is informed about our products and services, while managing customer accounts and IT hardware and software across the school sites. We offer a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £31,000 along with a range of employee benefits including a pension scheme, car scheme, cycle scheme, eye care scheme, and mental health support.
