Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 3rd Line IT Engineer role
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driving license
- Familiarity with a variety of IT projects
- Proficient in Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 support & administration
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with Intune
- Understanding of laptop imaging & device build processes
- Familiarity with Backup Software & maintenance procedures
- Experience with Cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Cloud and Azure
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for Internal IT, resolving and escalating issues as needed
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate issues or recurring problems
- Contribute to developing and implementing IT plans that support business growth
- Identify areas for improvement in IT services and propose enhancements to the joint Head of IT

We are a growing organization located in Witney, seeking to add a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to our team. The position offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 and requires occasional support at our Henley office.
