Requirements
Must:
- Experience in desktop support, specifically with Windows 11/10/7 and Mac OS
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Entra, and Intune
- Familiarity with Active Directory management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email issues, particularly with Mimecast and Exchange 365
- Ability to support various company applications and systems (Deskbird, KnowBe4, Sophos, Synology, Microsoft Dynamics, Ubiquiti, Meraki, CodeTwo)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the IT Support mailbox and maintain IT documentation
- Basic understanding of IT asset management processes for starters and leavers
- Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac operating systems
- Manage the IT Support mailbox and respond to email requests promptly
- Support Microsoft 365 users, including creating and maintaining user accounts
- Remotely assist offices worldwide and physically support the local office as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve email issues through Mimecast and Exchange 365
- Ensure that newly built laptops are connected to Intune
- Maintain IT documentation and user guides
- Manage documentation and processes for onboarding and offboarding staff
- Ensure distribution lists are up to date as groups are created or deleted
- Monitor toner supplies for printers and order licenses as required
