Requirements
Must:
- Current and verifiable experience in an IT environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 platforms
- Proficient in the use of Power BI and other relevant data analytical platforms
- Current experience of development of API links across database platforms
- Proficient in the use of Access Care Planning and other care or HR related platforms
- Demonstrable interest in Information Technology
- Level 3+ qualification in Information Technology related subject (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage in development management and support of company data systems
- Design, develop, and deploy business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models
- Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI
- Analyse data and present it through reports to aid decision-making
- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analysis
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
- Learn and adapt to rapidly changing business environments
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in development and design
- Document, design, and model solutions, discussing them with the team
- Apply experience and knowledge to future solution considerations
- Manage company relationships with third-party SaaS suppliers
- Monitor and coordinate the resolution of faults in systems with third parties
- Assist in managing and administering the Companys electronic systems, networks, and equipment
