Applications Administrator

As part of our team, your main duties will include: - Serving as the first point of contact for all applicants with a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor - Determining customer eligibility for loans in accordance with our responsible lending procedures - Processing applications efficiently, ensuring all checks are completed accurately for responsible lending decisions - Following departmental guidelines for contacting applicants and making decisions on loan approvals and rejections - Updating applicant accounts correctly, documenting all information provided professionally - Handling incoming calls and responding to customer emails while adhering to our Quality Assurance standards - Remaining logged into your phone at all times during your shift - Meeting daily and monthly performance expectations related to funded loans, conversion rates, defaults, customer feedback, and application quality - Supporting colleagues by sharing workload and taking calls as needed - Using training and resources to identify signs of fraud and money laundering and reporting findings appropriately - Engaging in training sessions and applying newly acquired knowledge daily - Being flexible and willing to support Mr Lender wherever necessary - Complying with SMCR conduct rules
