Requirements
Must:
- I require active knowledge of the latest computer hardware.
- You should have the ability to understand and visualize how computers are configured and built.
- A good understanding of troubleshooting computer hardware and software is essential.
- You must be able to explain technical jargon to non-technical customers.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment is necessary.
- I expect you to be punctual, reliable, conscientious, and an excellent communicator.
- A minimum of 1 year in customer service is required.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Responsibilities
- My day-to-day operations will involve providing sales advice to prospective and existing customers.
- You will assist with order tracking and provide technical support to our existing customers via phone calls, emails, live chat, and remote support.
- I am looking for someone who can provide honest advice tailored to individual customer needs, without cold calling or pressuring customers.
- You will need to adapt quickly to varying pressures, especially during seasonal peak times, while multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

I am seeking computer enthusiasts to join our expanding team of 1st Line UK IT Sales/Support Engineers. There are excellent opportunities for those who are committed and ambitious, as I continue to expand PC Specialist Ltd, Europe’s leading systems integrator, with operations in the UK and recently opened premises in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will have the chance to evolve within their role and grow alongside the company.
