Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on UX/UI practitioner with shipped product experience
- Comfortable balancing best practice with technical constraints and timelines
- Clear and concise when explaining design decisions to any audience
- Curious and experimental with AI-enabled design workflows
- Collaborative, adaptable and energised by multidisciplinary delivery
- Comfortable with client-facing work and facilitation
Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes (manually and using Figma or similar platforms)
- Take concepts from idea to production-ready designs and iterate based on evidence and best practices
- Work at pace in agile dual-track cycles (discovery and delivery)
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other designers to make quick, practical decisions
- Contribute to and utilize design systems, ensuring patterns are consistent and accessible
- Apply AI tools to enhance ideation, auditing, documentation, and analysis
- Facilitate client workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and design reviews
