Requirements
Must:
- Software engineers with a passion for AI or data scientists who have embraced engineering.
- Strong foundation in a language suited to AI system development and data workflows.
- Experience integrating models with APIs, data sources, or production systems.
- Curiosity about LLMs, RAG pipelines (Graph & Vector based), and agent frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud-native (AWS / GCP / Azure) and DevOps / DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share, learn, and teach.
- Understanding of prompt and context engineering and model evaluation.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of LLMOps tools for managing GenAI workflows.
- Must meet UK residency requirements for security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize technical skills to problem solve with clients and work on internal projects.
- Participate in live in-person whiteboarding sessions and collaborate through asynchronous communication.
- Engage in hybrid working, either on client site or in the office at least two days per week.
- Experiment with emerging technologies and contribute to the internal AI community.
- Develop and test innovative software solutions while collaborating with diverse experts.
