Requirements
Must:
- Working towards or having achieved CCC in A-levels or equivalent, ideally with one in a STEM background.
- Familiarity with a programming language or framework, such as Java, C#/.NET, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of relational and/or non-relational databases (MS Access, MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Awareness of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A passion for technology demonstrated through personal projects.
- Growth-oriented and curious, open to change and eager to learn.
- Collaborative and relationship-focused, thriving in dynamic teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Professional and reliable with strong workplace etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Work with experienced software developers and consultants to understand client requirements and develop custom software solutions.
- Learn and implement new technologies and software development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high levels of code quality.
- Attend meetings with clients to assess their requirements and provide solutions.
- Write documentation and conduct training sessions for clients.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge in software development.
