Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a Data Analyst or Business/Data Reporting role
- Strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience working with data extraction, transformation and reporting
- Comfortable working with multiple data systems and tools and quickly picking up new platforms
- Exposure to ERP systems or ERP implementations (implementation experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of a new Power BI reporting capability across the business
- Work with existing tools such as Phocas to analyse and interpret operational data
- Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources, including internal systems, to improve reporting accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs for stakeholders
- Quickly learn and adapt to new data tools and platforms
- Assist with data extraction and preparation for an upcoming ERP system implementation
- Expand existing demo datasets into larger, more representative data sets for wider use
- Support the rollout of ERP data across the wider group
- Help ensure data structures, files and outputs are suitable for the ERP implementation
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of data as the project progresses
Description
Were looking for a Data Analyst to join our Gloucester-based organisation on a fixed-term contract to support key data initiatives across the business. This role will play a key part in improving reporting capability and supporting a new ERP programme, helping us better extract, integrate, and utilise data across multiple systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with different data tools, building reporting capability, and supporting system transformation projects. Our team values creativity and collaboration, and we offer a hybrid working model with three days on site.
