Requirements
Must:
- Strong cyber security background within engineering or product development environments
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and cyber security frameworks
- Familiarity with IEC 62443-4-1 or similar standards
- Experience conducting gap analysis and implementing process improvements
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Support compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act, ensuring cybersecurity procedures are implemented by September 2026
- Take ownership of product cybersecurity processes and embed security into software and engineering development
- Work across engineering, QA, information security, and corporate teams to identify gaps and develop improvement plans
- Influence stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance and secure-by-design principles across the business
