- Experience in Rust development within a delivery environment.
- Familiarity with large-scale development processes and the challenges they entail.
- Ability to work within a formal process similar to large-scale projects like INTeACT.
- Practical knowledge of developing and enhancing software products based on business requirements.
- Understanding of software development concepts including virtualization, automated testing, CI/CD techniques, and configuration control.
- Hands-on experience with UML and Enterprise Architect.
