Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with Cisco network technologies
- Cisco CCNA certification (minimum) or above
- Mandatory knowledge of CISCO 3850, 9300, and 9500
- Highly desirable experience with CISCO 9800 controllers
- A secondary language is beneficial
- Experience with ServiceNow is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Provide remote network support services to facilities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME) and globally when required
- Offer level 2/3 Network helpdesk support to EAME based facilities, including factories, offices, and warehouses
- Collaborate with the EAME Network services team to deliver LAN/WLAN/WAN incident and project support to all facilities in the EAME region
- Report to the EAME Network services supervisor based in the UK
Description
We are a global engineering and manufacturing company located in Peterborough, seeking a Network Analyst for a 12-month contract. This full-time, onsite role offers an hourly rate of £33.03 PAYE or £43.38 Umbrella, working Monday to Friday.
