Must:
We are looking for candidates with a background in office administration, coordination, or IT support. Itβs important that you possess good general IT skills, including proficiency with Excel and basic troubleshooting. We seek someone who is willing to learn SAP processes, as training will be provided. Strong communication and a customer service-oriented approach are essential. We value organization, approachability, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to be the friendly onsite contact for all things related to the office and IT. You will coordinate and manage support requests, assist with everyday troubleshooting (such as Wi-Fi issues and laptop problems), and set up and deliver IT equipment with guidance when necessary. Raising purchase orders in SAP will be part of your tasks, for which training will be provided. You will also pull together Excel reports and manage simple data tracking, all while ensuring excellent customer service to staff on site and supporting the wider enterprise and admin coordination team.
Description
This is a 7-month maternity cover contract, with a typical workload of 37 hours per week. The position is primarily site-based at our Glascoed location, with the flexibility to accommodate school runs and personal commitments, requiring 3 mandatory onsite days per week.
