Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven Business Analysis skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management. A strong background in business processing and planning is essential, along with hands-on UAT testing experience. Ideally, you will have knowledge of Oracle CSS or broader Oracle systems. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you should be personable yet technically confident.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our business by gathering and documenting business requirements. You will engage with stakeholders across multiple teams and analyze, map, and improve business processes. Additionally, you'll plan and manage UAT testing to ensure smooth delivery and act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Description
This is a hybrid position based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, offering a fixed-term contract until the end of May 2026 with a salary of £36,410 (pro-rata).
