Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a complex environment
- Strong background working within highly regulated industries
- Experience with both hardware and software product development, including electronics
- Comfortable working within a matrix organisation
- Backgrounds from sectors such as: Automotive manufacturing, Aerospace, Other safety-critical or regulated industries
- Medical device experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and delivery for a critical new product programme
- Define what will be delivered and when, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle in a complex, regulated environment
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
- Operate within a predominantly Waterfall delivery model, with some sprint-based activity between stage gates.
Description
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our globally distributed team in Cardiff, undergoing significant transformation. This is a high-impact role with full ownership across the product lifecycle, supporting a strategically important programme. Our team is dedicated to delivering a next-generation product to enhance our well-established portfolio. This position is a fully onsite role requiring you to be present five days a week for an initial 3-month contract, with a competitive daily rate of £500–£550.
