Requirements
Must:
- Around 2+ years experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience working within an ITIL framework
- Experience supporting enterprise environments is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Support users with a wide range of IT issues
- Manage tickets through an ITSM system
- Configure hardware and software
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor system performance
- Maintain backups
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvements within the IT function
Description
We are a well-established and growing financial services organization located in Stoke on Trent. We offer a salary range of £26,000 – £32,000 plus benefits. This role provides a great opportunity to work with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, virtualization (Hyper-V), and Intune. You will have access to ongoing training and professional development platforms, with clear opportunities for learning and progression in a supportive team environment. Our working hours are Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern following training.
