Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a project engineering environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in the aerospace and defence sector is a plus
- Relevant engineering qualification or certification is preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, managing remote and onsite teams
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams
- Identify and resolve any impediments to the teams progress
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
- Monitor and report on team performance and project status
