Requirements

- Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis
- Experience working in defence or highly regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team
- Security Requirements: SC Clearance required
- UK Defence experience essential

Responsibilities
- Manage and track project plans and progress
- Support governance, reporting, and delivery assurance
- Manage requirements and ensure traceability through delivery
- Support scope changes and project re-baselining
- Carry out business analysis activities
- Work closely with the Transformation Manager and wider stakeholders
Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Cyber Security PM to support a critical Cyber assurance work transfer project within BAE Systems. This role is part of a small transformation team delivering a key IT change programme, moving cyber assurance services into a central Shared Services function. The position is remote with some travel to Preston and Barrow, and it offers a competitive hourly rate for a duration of 6 months. We provide a collaborative environment that values strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.
