Must:
- UK QTS or equivalent
- Ability to plan, organise and deliver learning to meet accreditation requirements in Computing
- Capacity to stimulate and engage learners through effective techniques and methods
- Skill in providing differentiated resources for pupils of varying abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and development of the Computing curriculum, ensuring it meets national standards
- Deliver a balanced programme of learning that promotes engagement and progression for all pupils
- Develop and support teaching and support staff to maintain high teaching standards
- Drive continuous improvement through clear objectives and rigorous self-evaluation
- Work with the Head of Quality of Education to implement plans that raise standards in Computing
- Ensure the Computing timetable and intervention programmes support all pupils success
- Uphold high expectations for learning, behaviour, and professional development
- Collaborate with the SENCo to track and monitor pupil progress and meet inspection requirements
