Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 3rd Line Support or Infrastructure Engineer role
- Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
- Experience supporting multiple systems or customer environments
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments across multiple clients
- Troubleshooting advanced 3rd line incidents
