Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of 3rd line support and complex issue resolution
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
- Proficiency in networking infrastructure including Cisco, Juniper, HP, and Dell
- Familiarity with core protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Administration skills for Windows and Linux systems
- Experience managing backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, NetBackup)
- Development skills in automation tools (Ansible/AWX, PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Relevant qualifications in IT or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Design and implement physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions
- Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery to customer requirements
- Provide 3rd line support and resolve complex infrastructure issues
- Maintain systems through patching, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Manage VMware and/or Hyper-V environments
- Support networking infrastructure and core protocols
- Administer Windows and Linux systems
- Manage backup solutions
- Develop automation processes
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including incident reports
