- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
- Help install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Assist with IT setups, system updates, and troubleshooting tasks
- Deliver a friendly and professional service to all users
- Get hands-on exposure to networking technologies, including Cisco equipment
Description

This role involves providing on-site support and gaining real, hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies. You will receive full training and support from experienced engineers while building your technical skills in Microsoft and networking technologies. Our supportive and friendly team is dedicated to long-term career development, with a clear path for progression into senior or specialist IT roles. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £29,000, reflecting your experience, along with a car allowance and reimbursement for fuel from the start of your commute.
