Requirements
Must:
- Previous MSP experience is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, multi-client environment
- Solid foundation in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, M365)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Experience in a customer-facing role
Responsibilities
- Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets through the service desk
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Azure, networks, and cloud platforms
- Assist with project work such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SLA targets are met
- Deliver excellent service with a proactive and consultative approach
