Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNP) are a plus

- Participate in on-call support rotations when necessary
