Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience building production mobile apps in .NET MAUI/Xamarin and C#.
- Strong knowledge of MVVM and offline-first design patterns.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, authentication, and role-based security.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as App Center, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Desirable: Xamarin to .NET MAUI migration experience.
- Desirable: Azure cloud exposure.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance cross-platform mobile apps used by various private and public institutions.
- Work with C# and .NET MAUI/Xamarin focusing on mobile UI, offline sync, device integrations, and secure API connections.
- Shape mobile architecture and contribute ideas directly to the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Influence the technical direction of the company.
