Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of professional experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, Microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
- Proficiency with SQL Server and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Excellent understanding of software architecture patterns, including CQRS, DDD, and dependency injection
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or SharePoint (nice to have)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (nice to have)
- Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Blazor) (nice to have)
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and API development (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development across projects built on the Microsoft stack (e.g., .NET Core, C#, Azure, SQL Server)
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals and best practices
- Guide and mentor developers, performing code reviews and fostering an environment of technical excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system performance, developer productivity, and overall solution quality
- Oversee DevOps practices - CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and automated testing within Azure environments
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection, and governance requirements
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings, providing technical insight and recommendations
