Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer
- Strong expertise in C# / .NET
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker
- Knowledge of Angular and RabbitMQ
- Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and AI development tools
- Nice to have: experience with Redis, MongoDB, REST API design, Azure, and unit testing frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across the Software Development team
- Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software and services
- Define and evolve the technical architecture for scalability, maintainability, and resilience
- Oversee the reliability, performance, and scalability of the companys infrastructure and systems
- Drive the exploration and responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies
- Support the development of reliable integrations and scalable platform capabilities
Description
We are a Northampton-based company, currently seeking a Technical Lead to grow our team. This hands-on role focuses on leading key projects and making architectural decisions, while also driving the adoption of AI across our software development lifecycle.
