Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Background in 3rd line / senior infrastructure / cloud engineering
- Solid understanding of Azure networking, identity, and compute
- Experience with backup, DR, and high availability
- Familiarity with automation tools such as PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure
- Confident communicator with both technical teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues
- Lead the design and improvement of Azure environments
- Drive standards, automation, and best practices across the team
- Mentor engineers and support their technical development
- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
- Work closely with leadership to improve service quality and delivery
