Must:
I am looking for candidates with a strong background as a Software Developer specializing in C# .NET, SQL, and Azure, along with experience in leading or mentoring teams. You should have proven experience in leading projects, conducting code reviews, and guiding technical delivery. It’s also important that you feel comfortable liaising with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of our core products and guide a growing team of developers (approximately 3 - 5 people). You will lead a skilled development team while collaborating closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As the Tech Lead, you will remain hands-on in the codebase, set the technical direction, define best practices, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and influencing the future of our technology roadmap.

We offer a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 with a hybrid work setup (3 days in our Warwickshire office and 2 days working from home).
