Requirements
Must:
- I have a software-focused IT background.
- I possess an understanding of basic IT principles.
- I demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- I have strong communication abilities.
- I come from a background in IT teaching or training.
Responsibilities
- I will train both new and existing customers on how our systems work.
- I will provide support to internal and client-side end users.
- I will be involved in technical support and triaging issues when not visiting clients.
- I will deepen my understanding of our product range.
Description

Frequent travel to client sites is required, so I need a full UK driving licence and access to a car. This role is fully onsite.
