Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with proven experience as a Software Developer, specifically in C# .NET, SQL, and Azure, along with prior experience in leading and managing teams. You should have experience leading projects, conducting one-on-ones, performing code reviews, and providing mentorship. The ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate their requirements into sophisticated software solutions is essential. Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry is a desirable plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will entrust you to lead a team of 4-6 developers while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will not only manage the team but also actively engage with the code to provide guidance and add your creative input to our solutions. You will have the opportunity to mentor your team and showcase your value across the business. Additionally, you will play a vital role in determining the technologies we use in the future and shaping the direction of our product. A clear pathway toward a CTO position will be available as you progress in your career.
