Requirements
Must:
- Strong full stack engineering experience across modern frameworks
- A generalist developer comfortable working across multiple technologies
- Experience mentoring or overseeing developers in a senior capacity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- 3-5 years experience, ideally operating at a senior level
Responsibilities
- Designing, building and scaling modern web platforms and Salesforce solutions
- Building end-to-end features across web apps and Salesforce, including LWC
- Designing REST API integrations between internal systems
- Owning and overseeing the full software development lifecycle
- Contributing to architecture, CI/CD and engineering standards
- Working closely with C-suite stakeholders to turn real business processes into software
- Supporting and mentoring other developers
Description
We are a growing business investing heavily in our in-house digital platforms, located in Glasgow with a hybrid working model. We are looking for a Senior / Lead Software Developer to play a key role in shaping and scaling our systems. This role offers a great opportunity to stay hands-on while having real influence over architecture, processes, and platform direction, with a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 for 4 days per week onsite.
