Senior Projects Engineer

- We are looking for a project-focused infrastructure engineer with experience delivering end-to-end technical projects. - We need strong knowledge of on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including virtualisation, networking, security, and Microsoft 365 platforms. - We require experience with hybrid environments, particularly VMware platforms integrated with cloud services. - We are seeking experience in cloud and Microsoft 365 initiatives such as migrations, tenant configuration, identity integration, and security improvements. - We want someone with the ability to act as a senior technical lead and make sound design decisions aligned to best practice engineering standards. - We need experience designing and implementing secure solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, conditional access, endpoint security, and Zero Trust principles. - We are looking for experience delivering infrastructure upgrade, lifecycle, migration, and re-platforming projects. - We value experience contributing to ISO 27001 compliance activities, including control implementation, gap analysis, and audit readiness. - We require experience designing and testing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. - We expect strong technical documentation skills, including producing detailed designs and implementation plans. - We are seeking someone who can work full-time from our office and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders. - Relevant engineering, infrastructure, or similar technical experience is essential; formal education is not specified but a strong practical background is expected.
