Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT operations and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including identity and endpoint management
- Experience with modern MDM tools for device enrolment and configuration
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively
- Strong documentation and service delivery skills
- Adaptability to support multi-site or hybrid environments
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and core server environments
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end escalations for complex technical issues
- Act as the senior point of contact, owning issues from triage to closure
- Mentor junior technicians through coaching and feedback
- Support users in multi-site or hybrid settings, adapting to their needs
- Maintain high-quality case handling with clear documentation
- Balance business-as-usual support with planned work and projects
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and manage compliance policies
- Support network operations including switching and wireless fundamentals
- Provide troubleshooting assistance across various platforms
- Assist in project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain disciplined incident handling with accurate record keeping
- Produce and update SOPs and technical documentation
