Requirements
Must:
- Strong track record in NetSuite development (SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteCloud Development Framework).
- Experience designing and running deployment pipelines and working with Git-based workflows.
- Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver results through collaboration and mentoring.
- Background in setting up testing frameworks and driving improvements in code quality.
- Solid experience with system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
- Advantageous: NetSuite certifications such as SuiteCloud Developer, ERP Consultant, or Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full software lifecycle for NetSuite enhancements and integrations.
- Set technical direction, lead the developer team, and ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead the full lifecycle of NetSuite customizations and integrations using SDF.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub workflows.
- Establish and enforce automated testing and coding standards.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of NetSuite developers.
- Conduct regular code reviews and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing.
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable fixes.
- Stay current with NetSuite releases and emerging best practices.
