Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an individual with strong Planning and Scheduling experience, along with a solid understanding of software implementation. Ideally, you will have experience implementing software solutions and must possess a background in strong customer service, particularly dealing with customers over the phone. Experience with Opcenter APS is highly desirable, although not essential. Proficiency in Agile Project Management Methodology, strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation, exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal), and excellent organisational and time management skills are essential. Above all, we value a genuine passion for what you do!
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a crucial link between our customers and the development team, ensuring that all bespoke solutions are delivered to the high standards we uphold, within budget, and on time. You will collaborate with a close-knit team of over 5 implementation consultants, and as we grow, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills in planning and scheduling and software implementation.
