Requirements
Must:
- 2nd line/client-facing experience (MSP experience is ideal but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Drivers licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Manage on-prem Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Image and deploy devices via Intune and Autopilot
- Handle joiner, mover, and leaver tasks
- Address networking basics (DNS/DHCP, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi)
- Perform light server work (Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware)
- Deliver mini-projects such as hardware refreshes and Wi-Fi upgrades
- Own tickets end-to-end, ensuring SLAs are met
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and end users
