Must:
We are looking for a CRM & Data professional who:
- Knows HubSpot inside out with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Has solid experience in B2B data strategy and CRM management.
- Is confident with reporting, segmentation, integrations, and client communications.
- Brings at least 3 years of agency or consultancy experience.
- Can drive data-led solutions from scoping to implementation.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will deliver end-to-end HubSpot solutions for B2B clients. I will manage CRM systems, focusing on data acquisition, segmentation, data hygiene, and governance. I will provide insights and analysis to improve marketing performance and lead CRM-related client projects, including onboarding, training, and optimization. I will also support integrations, automation, and reporting, collaborate with internal teams on client strategy, audits, and tech stack alignment, and contribute to pre-sales and proposals with demos and solution planning.
Description
This is a hands-on role within a collaborative and friendly team, offering plenty of scope for growth. The contract duration is 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension, and work will be based in Birmingham for 2 days a month.
