Requirements
Must:
- Relevant qualifications in IT support or related field
- Experience in an IT Desktop/Server Team environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of computer & server hardware and enterprise software
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server up to 2022
- Familiar with VMware, Hyper-V, RDS, and WVD
- Experience with Windows 11, Office packages, O365, SharePoint, and Teams
- Knowledge of Exchange 2016/19 and O365
- Skilled in Microsoft Active Directory & Entra administration
- Experience with Intune and SCCM
- Familiar with Mimecast and Rapid7 InsightIDR
- Understanding of Tenable and Windows Defender for End Point
- Knowledge of Rubrik backup systems
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IT related operations for international and domestic needs
- Implement and provision computer & server hardware
- Manage enterprise software installations and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies
- Participate in IT support initiatives to improve service delivery
