Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of five years experience in configuration management.
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience with PDM/PLM & CM tools (e.g., Windchill, AllChange, SolidWorks Manage).
- Deep understanding of aerospace configuration standards and change management practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents with close attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Implement aerospace configuration standards for items configured by the company.
- Oversee problem reports and change notifications through SolidWorks Manage.
- Promote ongoing enhancement of change management procedures.
- Lead the Change Control Board in accordance with aerospace industry best practices.
- Prepare and oversee customer approval processes and communication of changes.
- Manage and maintain the company-wide PDM/PLM systems, including updates and system development.
