Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in control systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical switchgear and motor control design
- Proven experience with Siemens TIA and Step 7 PLC programming
- HMI configuration (Siemens WinCC, Flexible HMI) experience
- Proficiency in fault finding and troubleshooting automation software and hardware
- Familiarity with process instrumentation and control systems
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to customers for legacy equipment
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, control, and instrumentation issues
- Assist Customer Service Managers and SMEs with technical advice on equipment upgrades and enhancements
- Prepare and present technical quotations for equipment upgrades
- Interface directly with customers in a professional, technical capacity
- Collaborate with the project team on control system design, commissioning, and customer support activities
