Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in testing
- Hold ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively, or on your own initiative, and deliver to tight deadlines
- Experience with using Gherkin syntax for test case design
- A genuine interest in technology and software testing
- Experience in the Finance domain, particularly Life & Pensions, is an advantage (desirable)
- Experience in test automation is an advantage (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Review & testing sign-off of requirements and design specifications
- Creation of formal test documentation, including Test Plans and Completion Reports
- Test design, execution, defect management & monitoring
- Ensure full traceability of testing to requirements/specification
- Progress reporting to Test Lead/Manager and project stakeholders
- Creation of re-useable, automatable, test cases for regression
