Requirements
Must:

- Multiple years of experience in IT support
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
- High competency with Intune, including policies, compliance, provisioning, and management of Windows/iOS devices
- Ability to handle complex issues and perform root-cause troubleshooting confidently
- Strong networking understanding, including firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and WiFi solutions
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing confidence
- Full UK driving license
*Desirable:*
- Experience with Meraki or UniFi
- Knowledge in server administration or virtualization
- Strong fundamentals in security (MFA, Conditional Access, EDR)

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD (Entra)
- Design, implement, and manage Intune policies, compliance, app deployments, and device management
- Troubleshoot complex cloud, networking, and system issues
- Support and deliver projects such as M365 migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and new deployments
- Enhance security, performance, and reliability across client environments
- Conduct on-site visits to support schools and business clients
- Help refine processes and contribute to technical standards
