Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 1st Line IT support or service desk role
- Comfortable speaking to users and handling support calls
- Good basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Willingness to learn and develop your technical skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in 2nd line IT Support: 1 year (required)
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming support tickets and phone calls
- Providing remote support for day-to-day IT issues
- Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows, and devices
- Troubleshooting common software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Escalating more complex issues to senior technicians
- Occasionally assisting with on-site visits when needed
