Requirements
Must:

- Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- CISSP or similar security certification, or actively working towards one.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (CIS, NIST, Cyber Essentials).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Intune).
- Deep understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and cloud security (Azure).
- Proven experience in incident response and threat management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with ITIL and technical operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 security professionals.
- Deputize for the Head of IT Security in relevant forums.
- Oversee and participate in the investigation, containment, and remediation of security incidents.
- Act as an escalation point for complex threats.
- Ensure secure design and implementation of cloud solutions (preferably Azure).
- Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus, NCSC CAF, NIST, CIS, and GDPR.
- Contribute to the development of the security program and roadmap.
- Communicate risks effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
