Requirements
Must:
- Experience working within ITIL environments
- Strong background in supporting various IT applications
- Well-versed in agile methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully leading diverse teams
- Experience interacting directly with end users
- Full lifecycle product management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 (F&O) with a focus on Finance, Procurement, and licensing elements
- Experience in the Social Housing sector and associated IT applications (desirable)
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform (desirable)
- Technical familiarity with Housing CRM solutions such as ActiveH (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Manage a diverse team to support and administer IT systems
- Engage proactively with business stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Lead the design, development, and release process for designated platforms
- Manage platform security, license optimisation, upgrades, and user access provisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and TTD teams for continuous improvement of platforms and services
