Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years work experience in Healthcare Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in delivery or support, or at least 3+ years experience in Software implementation with Oracle health Products and services.
- Proven 5 years experience on Oracle Health Powerchart, Mpage, Orders, Physician Documentation, iViews, Nursing integration, and integrated solution modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Experience working on Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules) (preferred).
- Experience with technical troubleshooting skills and awareness of Oracle Health Custom Reporting (CCL) (preferred).
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts over the solution modules.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our customers.
- Prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific projects both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/investigation.
- Bring about Oracle health innovations and solution capabilities.
- Travel up to 40% for customer-facing engagements.
