Principal Security Engineer

- A minimum of 8+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Cloud Security and 2+ years in AI and ML preferred. - A BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with a focus on AI/Security, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. - Experience in architecture, design, deployment, and handling of standard security practices and policies is required. - A strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning is desirable. - Expertise in applying AI technology to the security domain is a plus. - Experience as a security leader for a cloud product or services, with knowledge in IaaS and PaaS. - Familiarity with architecture security reviews for products or services in a cloud environment, especially those reliant on homegrown or third-party LLMs and APIs. - A solid understanding of Multi-tenancy, Cloud Security, Virtualization, Access Management, OAuth, Cloud SSO, Identity Provisioning, and Identity Governance. - Expertise in Encryption, Key management, and Cybersecurity fundamentals, including access controls, software vulnerabilities, and security best practices. - Knowledge of Deployment Methodologies and Security Standards Compliance Certification (STIG, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS). - Understanding of Docker, Container, Serverless Computing, and Kubernetes concepts. - Ability to design large scalable systems for cloud customers with a focus on security. - Experience with network security, VPN/Firewalls, and software-defined networking is beneficial. - Experience supporting a security assurance and assessment program. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
