- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM or 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS PPM.
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance; British nationality is required.
- Minimum of 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
- Experience in applying and testing Oracle updates.
- Strong background in providing support, configuration, and extension services.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to address client needs.
- Self-initiative and the capacity to work independently and unsupervised.
- Hands-on experience in supporting/integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications with an understanding of performance tuning techniques.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as an expert member of our problem-solving and avoidance team, adept at resolving extremely complex and critical customer issues. You will perform your duties with a high level of autonomy, regularly reporting to management on customer status and technical matters. While working with limited guidance, you will be sought after by both customers and Oracle employees for your expert technical advice.
